Horrible. Window from 4:30 to 7:30 and at 7:15 it was canceled and moved to the next day. Lost my business. Don’t waste your time with this location.

William Jones of Hainesport, NJ PODS went above and beyond for me today. Our container was erroneously scheduled to be picked up empty. As the driver, he addressed and rectified the issue making logistic actions to save the day! We are moving in three days and his actions allowed us to receive another pickup which allowed a new container to be delivered the next day. God Bless Will. I don’t know what we would’ve done.

I reserved a PODS container and then canceled because I no longer needed it. They delivered anyway and when I called to tell them they made a mistake and needed to come take the pod away and they assured me I would not be charged. Then they charged me anyway and refused to reverse the charges on my credit card. I called my bank and they took the charges off. Now they are harassing me for payment and sent it to collections. I never even used the container and didn't want it! Disgusting company

Pods made my moving experience Terrible! They skipped my container delivery for unloading three times. All three times they did not notify me until the night before they were supposed to show up. I had people lined up to help me unload the pod and each time they ended up wasting their time. The last visit we had to unload the container ourselves. The empty container pick up was just as bad except that they didn’t show up only one time.
Customer Service was non existent. The reps had no authority to do anything so why have them there? The only thing they could do is offer me $100 for all my trouble and the lost work time to the people that were helping me. That was an insult.
So, warning. Don’t go there! They are not the good PODS of years ago. Working with them is inviting trouble on your move.

The communication leading up to our delivery was an A+! Our drop off driver William Jones was amazing! The skill and precision he had maneuvering the Pod into our curved driveway was astounding and he was such a nice guy! We nominate him as employee for of the month! 😊

excellent service from william, the pod delivery driver who initially brought the pod, and from the person who picked up the pod when i was finished - i don't know their name. it was the perfect way for me to temporarily store some stuff in my driveway. it's not cheap, but worth the convenience of delivery & pickup. good, clear communication! would use the lumberton location again, thanks

First, let me start by saying I got my experience with our pod driver was wonderful. William Jones was helpful, informative and a true gentleman. Moving out-of-state is nerve wrecking. But with the assistance of pods and William, it's a little less of a headache.
