The store makes you do self-service check out because there are no lines available. They don’t have a long line. Then, because the machine would not accept my cash, I had to go to customer service and wait in line again to check out. Why do you have someone at the self-serve checkout that can’t help? Took me 20 minutes to buy one item. I hate coming here.

Long lines , not enough employees to assist the customers

I was about to start checking out in self check out when a guy (a worker) kept asking us if we had less than 15 items. I wasn't going to stand there and count every item that was in my cart. That is a complete waste of time. And it shouldn't matter how many items I have because my cart was nowhere near full, and there wasn't anyone else in self check out. There was no line and we were the only ones there. This happened at 6pm on 7/14/24

i went to this walmart once MANY years ago and had a horrible experience and never went back. we moved into the area a couple of years ago and i avoided going because of that first experience. i went last week with much trepidation. The change is amazing. The employees were friendly and helpful. The store was clean. The aisles were well marked and were well stocked. Shelf tags were clear and matched the items with them. All in all i was very impressed and glad i went back.

This branch of walmart was completely disappointing, it was like a small grocery store, it was a branch where we could not find any fresh bread or food equipment, disappointment and zero shopping.

This Walmart is not a super Walmart. To be honest I didn't even know they made regular ones anymore. It's a shame it's not a super. They have some frozen. Stuff and basic items like milk and cheese but not fully stocked with certain items you might find in that same aisle at a super Walmart. It is clean and calm so that's nice.
