Michael and his team did a great job with lots of care and attention to detail on both our Swissy and Shitzu. It is worth having the one-on-one mobile van just outside your home, so our pups did not have to wait hours like they do at a groomer to be attended. And each wait in the comfort of our home for their turn.

I’m not certain how these folks got a 4.9 rating, at least not when it comes to cats or customer service. I contacted them about the poor grooming service I received (my first time using Go Groom), and the response was a partial refund and a notice that my cat could never be groomed again by Go Groom. Besides the aggressive stance, Go Groom barely deshed, brushed, or trimmed my cat, yet they charged over $200 for what was essentially a nail trim and cologne bath. Would not recommend for any pets and certainly not cats.
In response to GoGroom’s reply, if it had been my cat’s behavior that prevented them from grooming him any further, they would not have told me privately that the groomer misunderstood what we asked for when he showed up to collect our cat. Blaming the pet/customer publicly after admitting fault privately is dishonest.

Today was my first Appointment with Go-Groom mobile Pet services and I have to say that they were great with my Pup Artemis
David and Anibal took great care and were so attentive with her and showed such compassion and kindness with her to make her feel comfortable she loved all the attention and love she received from them
Definitely would Recommend

Leo was amazing from beginning to end he showed me the process on my first time puppy grooming he didn’t hesitate answer questions while he made my dog comfortable on her first grooming, I will always ask for Leo to gron my little dog

Always have the best experience! They really take their time, and thoroughly wash my dogs, and my dogs never seem stressed, they are very gentle, and actually care about the process!

David groomed my two Pomeranians. This is a hard job as they have thick long double layer coats. It takes a lot of time and effort. Also, one of my dogs hates being groomed. David remained patient the entire time and did the best he could do. David is a very sweet person. You can trust him to groom your dog. Plus my dogs look, feel, and smell wonderful!

Gi groomers is great. They arrive on time and are very friendly. They made Gus my cat very comfortable and he came out looking and smelling great! Try them out you won't be disappointed. Thanks go!

Leo, the groomer, provides friendly and attentive care, ensuring that my dog is comfortable throughout the grooming process. The groomer took his time and did not complain. Molly is 16 years of age and is very anxious. She will cry and bark unmercifully.
I will certainly use this service in the future and recommend the service to anyone.

Great service was on time nice and was great with my dog rusty about an hour since it’s a one on one and I was able to check on my dog anytime I wanted to just had to go outside and they had no problem answering questions if your swamped or busy definitely try them out.

Today was our first time with Go Groom.
I can’t tell how happy I am that I found them.
Everything went smoothly, they are really professional.The booking and response was fast . He did an excellent job on my 2 puppies.
I can just recommend , honestly it was my best experience with pet grooming in NJ.
