I went to the Lyndhurst AT&T store to see what I could do to switch my service from my current carrier. The employee,s were very friendly and helpful. I had a specific question about the service and the manager Jon came over and spent the time to explain everything in detail to me. I’m extremely satisfied with the experience I had. Because of those employees and Jon I will definitely be switching my services. Thank you for your honesty and great advice.

I love the Lyndhurst store. Been coming here for years. I been working with Jon since he became manager. Won't go anywhere else. He goes above and beyond for me. AT&T should be so lucky to have working him work here.

Awful. Awful. Awful. I went in to add another number on my account, ever since then I was averaging 300+ bill bc of how this store set up my account. Took my months to get this straighten out. Stay away. The worst I ever dealt with and I’ve been with AT&T since the first iPhone, what happened to honest customer service!?

I entered the store and waited 15 minutes for the employee to end his phone call. Then, he assisted a customer who arrived after me, causing me to wait an additional 20 minutes. The service was extremely unsatisfactory, and he wasn't helpful at all.

John was very helpful and worked with me until my phone was up and running. Offered helpful options to feel secure with my new phone. I will come back to this store if I have any issues with my phone because I know I will receive great customer service.

Very professional customer service person.Solved the problem of my sim card in a few minutes.While the other customer service location at Garfield was not able to help at all, and after several times they even asked me in a nonprofissional way to go to Samsung mobile dealer to fix my new S21 Galaxy phone as a damaged phone..... although I confirm to them that the problem was with the Sim card !!!???
