Awful. Awful. Awful. I went in to add another number on my account, ever since then I was averaging 300+ bill bc of how this store set up my account. Took my months to get this straighten out. Stay away. The worst I ever dealt with and I’ve been with AT&T since the first iPhone, what happened to honest customer service!?

Terrible experience in this store, unfriendly. I ask him, he says he doesn't sell phones, why would you start a business like that, if you don't have it?

I entered the store and waited 15 minutes for the employee to end his phone call. Then, he assisted a customer who arrived after me, causing me to wait an additional 20 minutes. The service was extremely unsatisfactory, and he wasn't helpful at all.

John was very helpful and worked with me until my phone was up and running. Offered helpful options to feel secure with my new phone. I will come back to this store if I have any issues with my phone because I know I will receive great customer service.

Very professional customer service person.Solved the problem of my sim card in a few minutes.While the other customer service location at Garfield was not able to help at all, and after several times they even asked me in a nonprofissional way to go to Samsung mobile dealer to fix my new S21 Galaxy phone as a damaged phone..... although I confirm to them that the problem was with the Sim card !!!???

My experience here was great! Both Tim and John got me less money on my bill with more products in my hand just in time for the Holidays! They really went out of their way to help me and save me a lot of money. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I will continue to drive 40mins away just to come to this store in Lyndhurst.

hi,early this morning at 11:30am My wife went with my daughter and wanted to buy a cellphone. there was no other customer in the store. I was told by a women to sit and wait with my daughter. Mind there was no customers and 3 employees just doing stock work.hope management see this

My experience at the store was very suboptimal. I went there to buy two new iPhones at 7:00 pm About an hour before the store closes. There were two sales representative present at the store. One sales representative who was playing games on her phone without looking up asked me why I was there. I told her that I was there to buy two new iPhones. She said she could not help me because she was only one at the store where there was clearly another person present. I said why can’t you help me and she repeated that she was the only one at the store. I asked her About the other sales representative and she said he was new and Cannot help me. She also suggested I go to the Clifton store. I I got a little confused and I asked her if I could speak to her manager and she said the manager wasn’t there. At this point I wanted to let the manager know what was going in the store so I asked for the managers email and she said the manager does not have an email. While I found her really unhelpful did take her advice and buy those two new iPhones from the Clifton store.

Jon was amazingly helpful. He made my complicated problem disappear without any fuss and gave great advice. I've been to other AT&T stores, but none were as exceptional as this one.

Jon is very helpful, and he explains everything. I am so glad that I switched from another AT&T location! I will only go to the Lyndhurst store! Great service. My husband purchased a new phone and Jon also helped me with a screen saver replacement!
