The staff were very helpful and friendly. I live out of state and if I lived in Lyndhurst, New Jersey I'd open up an account with them.
They helped me with a couple of transactions.

I have only had an account with BCB for a few months, but they are GREAT! You can call and speak to an actual person (with minor delay). The bank is fast, friendly and personal. I wish they expanded to have more branches, but all in due time. I should have opened an account with them years ago.

One of the great branches of BCB bank. Fantastic customer service. Convenient location with drive up and plenty of parking. Great employees with Carmela, Andrew, Michelle, Chris, Vera and Kathy. Chris is branch manager.
