Communication was very fast and any questions I had were answered promptly. The whole process took just over 5 weeks, and the loan was cleared for closing in only 9 days. We worked with Todd and his team actually awhile back when we purchased a home in 2021. I 100% recommend working with Brightwire for your financing needs! He and his team provided the best rates compared to other lenders I've quoted with. No other lender was able to match their rates (one lender even thought i was making up the number to get them to lower their rate 😅). Not just that, Todd is always super patient, very professional and a pleasure to work with! He and his team worked with my lawyer and real estate agent throughout the process. Even if he's the president, he will still make time for his clients. He spends time explaining concepts clearly, making sure we understood the rates and disclosures, and that we are happy with the service. We had some family issues after the purchase so I didn't get a chance to connect with him and his team until 2024. Even if it's been awhile, he was still so approachable and happy to help. Spoke to me to make sure things are going ok for us. I recommended him to my mom who was buying properties but sadly they were in California. I'm shopping around for another loan now and Brightwire is definitely the first company I thought about quoting with.

Christa at Brightwire is fantastic! This is the second time we've worked with her - first for our home purchase and now for our refinance.
She's really thoughtful and reached out when rates dropped to let us know we could save some money each month, which is going to be great.
The refinance was super smooth. Christa was able to set the closing up at our house, making it all really simple not having to bring the kids out to an office.
Everything happened quickly - the whole process took less than two weeks. The rate she found us made a real difference in our monthly payment.
