It's just a place where you can drop your Canon equipment off to be fixed. They are helpful. But they're not getting five stars because they send everything out to be fixed instead of doing it there like they used to.

Had a highly pleasant drop-off-for-repair experience at the Canon Service & Repair Center in Lyndhurst! Suzanne provided exceptional customer care and while the Center still practices limited hours (M-F, 10a - 2p) due to ongoing restrictions, the service and staff are all genuinely top-notch!!

The impatient staff, even when filling in the information form, mistaken my email address and name. As a result, there was no update for a few days and the airshow date was missed. Due to COVID-19, there are no more technicians here, and all repair work must be sent to the Canon factory in Virginia.

I recently visited the Canon Service center and was greeted by Donna. She checked out my Canon 5D Mark ii for errors, shutter and mirror count and got great news. She went over all the details on the service she was so helpful. I got my camera back within 3 days. They did a great job and it was so worth it. Please note that day are only open Monday-Friday. It would be awesome if they had maybe one late day or 1/2 day on Saturday. In any case I was happy to have my camera back and am worry free as it was Serviced by Canon official rather than a local Camera shop. I'll definitely be back! Thank you Donna and the folks at Canon.

A couple of years ago I contacted Canon Technical Support, to help me set up my wireless printer. The technician couldn't be nicer and got me up and running. Today I called Canon because I had to get a new router, (my router died) and now my printer won't work. They no longer offer free technical support and wants to charge me. Are they kidding me!!!! I will never buy another Canon product again

thanks to John W, who looked at my camera having an autofocus issue on 415pm on a Friday and helped fix my issue and then stayed around for a few extra minutes just to give me some pointers. Really impressed by the service
