I had a couple of issues with the ATM but glad to say Ordaliza Pena took care of it right away. She was very professional and polite with me. She took her time and was patient correcting the problem I had. I would recommend if anyone has any issues to call her right away and she would get the job done. Definitely would recommend 5 stars for her!

Mr. Martinez is great at customer service. No bank is perfect but Columbia will help resolve any issues you may have quite well

My friend was looking to switch banks and we happen to drive by Columbia Bank and we decided to go in, we were welcomed by the friendly employees and Ordaliza helped my friend open an account, Ordaliza was so patient and explained all their services as we repeatedly asked questions and then I finally decided to open an account myself at that moment, Ordaliza Is so patient, helpful, and amazing, there was another teller I believe her name is Nicole and also the manager which I did not get his name who were truly wonderful And attentive,I highly recommend this Columbia bank, give it a try, they have many incentives to open a new account, you won’t be disappointed.
