“Super informative and honest experience. They walked me through the whole receipt of services after reviewing my repair request. My camera looked cracked and I intended to pay for that additionally, but they were great and just informed me it had to be readjusted versus replaced and they even took it off the bill. Best thing is they turned it around in 1 business day!!! Joe was a great representative especially.”

“Theo is the BEST! He's like a mad scientist. I searched everywhere for some place that could fix my speedometer which was blanked out. I found him on an online forum. He took my 1990 Cadillac Brougham Speedometer cluster panel and refurbished it to to the original factory specifications. He even added a new wire for the gear shifter to show the position of the transmission, which wasn't working prior to him repairing my cluster panel. When I went to his Shop, I was amazed at how many speedometers he had piled all over the place, tons of them so you know he really is about this work. He showed me my cluster panel connected to his simulator on his desk which showed all the functions working as they should. I asked him about my radio which wasn't working and he mentioned he can fix it as well. I returned on a future date and he repaired the factory amp of my cadi as well. He's amazing, fair and a really nice guy. Reminds me of "Doc Brown" from Back to the Future. Nevertheless, he's AMAZING at what he does!”

“Was bummed when I suddenly had a metering malfunction error on my Nikon and couldn't use my camera while on vacation. Found them online and they were super easy to work with. Got my quote just over a week after the camera was delivered to them which felt a little long but they told me someone was on vacation so quote/repair times were a little backed up. I got my camera back 1 week after I approved the quote and it was packed very nicely in the box. Was able to have my camera on my next vacation with no issues. “Okay small update on this place at 2025. They do not accept any form of repair or eos equipment forwarding here anymore. You’d have to send your camera equipments to Virginia.
I knocked on their door and was explained what happened on why they do not service lenses here. After covid, they never got the tooling for RF lenses and majority of their EF tooling got sent to their Virginia facility.
If you have cinema products, this facility still accepts it. Just not dslr, mirrorless, or dslr lenses.”
