“Andy is my go-to sales person, I only buy my appliances from him specifically. I’ve been going to him for years now. He’s very professional and attentive. He always takes his time to explain and show me different options and helps me choose the best fit for me. He has even come in on his day off to help me in the store. My loyalty to this company is because of Andy’s great customer service. I will always recommend my friends and family to Andy in Jersey City.”

“I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Tom Paone, Manager of the Paramus location, and Jennifer from the Repair Center for their outstanding assistance with an issue involving my new refrigerator. With a holiday weekend approaching, I was concerned about getting the matter resolved quickly. Tom and Jennifer both took the initiative to escalate my claim, and thanks to their efforts, the issue was resolved in less than 24 hours. My family and I have been shopping at PC Richard & Son for many years, and experiences like this are the reason we will continue to do so. We have always been treated like family, and that level of personal care and customer service is what truly sets PC Richard & Son apart from the big box stores. Thank you again, Tom and Jennifer, for your professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication to customer satisfaction.”

“Usually hesitant to do in person service cause it’s a hit or a mess, but wow the female associate was so prompt + knowledgeable. The left side of phone screen was unsalvageable + she promplty walked me through the options, promotions, and patiently prepped a new phone replacement in like less than 30 minutes. Also synced iCloud backup so it could be a quick transfer to a new phone. Store is clean, quiet and quaint. Pleasantly surprised by this location!”

276 Broad Ave, Palisades Park NJ 07650
“I purchased a pre-owned iPhone 14 Plus to upgrade my mother's old iPhone 8 Plus. I transferred everything myself, but activation/transferring her active line to the 14 Plus was still required. Since newer models are eSIM-only, I knew it wouldn’t be straightforward. I could have handled it on My Verizon online, but that likely would’ve meant dealing with customer service via phone and wasting time. This shop is only a block from my place, so on the way to dinner with my mom we stopped in. Patrick and Kyu activated the device quickly and without any issues. Supporting a local business is an easy choice when the service is efficient and reliable—highly recommended.”

“Good store with fair prices considering the quality of the products. The quality-to-price ratio is excellent, and you can tell the items are worth what they cost. I bought a Mac with only cosmetic imperfections, exactly as shown in the website photos, and I got a great discount because of them. Overall, it’s a great option if you’re looking for cheaper alternatives and don’t mind sacrificing some cosmetic condition while still getting a high-quality product.”

2124 Broadway, New York NY 10023
“My two daughters and I came here for the NY Giants Town Hall event. Viewing: we had seats in the mezzanine and the stage was visible although with the heads of the people sitting in front of us made it hard to see at times. Staff: we had very positive experiences with all the staff. Those who helped us w seating, staff at the bathroom, snack bar staff, etc, We had great experiences with all of them. Seats: the seating was a bit tight, I was not able to cross my legs comfortably. This was the main reason I gave this theater a 4/5 stars rather than a 5/5. Aesthetics: it is an absolute beautiful theater and one of my favorites in terms of is beauty in all of NYC!”
