Louis was very helpful and professional. He responded immediately to my purchase online and set me up right away with my new unit. Louis was a great help, being first time using online set up. He showed me the lay of the land and then I showed with my stuff, 5x5 looked small at first but was able to store what I needed and still have some space.

Louis at Extra Space Storage went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with the facility and storage. He came in on his day off to make sure we had what we needed and that our movers knew exactly what to do and where everything was.
