They rarely answer their phones, and they stopped answering my emails. I have a simple exchange and they can't even handle it. I even dropped off the tuxedo in person. The website is new and doesn't work properly. Their PayPal doesn't work. Placing an order has a box for invoice. Do not click it as they will not fulfill your order.
They do not send return labels.
They are a horrible comapny

1 Star is correct. Executive Apparel should have closed instead of selling out to this company. Placed orders 6 months ago and have not received the garments.

I work with this company on a weekly basis and they have always jumped through hoops to get me what I need in a timely manner. I can't thank the team there enough for meeting my needs.
