Gentle Dental is a fantastic and professional practice that provides a very good and stress-free experience. The entire staff, including the dentists, receptionists, hygienists, and appointment makers, are described as fantastic, hands-on, very professional, very friendly, warm, welcoming, sweet, very chill, and an absolute dear. They are caring, compassionate, and make patients feel welcomed and safe. The environment is loved and the process is smooth, even for nerve-wracking appointments. The dentists are right to the point and provide educational information. Importantly, they do not try to upsell anything and have given second opinions when other dentists suggested unnecessary work. The practice has grown over several years and includes lots of different specialists. Patients have been coming for the past 40 years and would not go to another dentist, recommending this office to everyone. It is emphasized that this is the original, long-established Gentle Dental and not a large, impersonal conglomerate. Many reviewers state they will continue with this office and will be back.
