I usually get gel and it peels so quickly , I got mine done two weeks ago here and it didn’t even chip I just redid them bc my nails grew !! Totally recommend!

I called this salon to inquire if their gel manicure is non toxic and if the lights used for the gel manicures are different and safer than the other nail salons, since articles have been going around informing the public that gel manicures are unsafe and can cause cancer. I wanted to see if there was a safer alternative. The woman assured me they were totally safe. So I go to the salon and when I walk in, the lady hands me the colors to look at. I kindly asked her what brand is it, since I was happy she said they were free of all harmful chemicals. Well she looked confused and said she doesn’t know. Then she proceeded to tell me her boss makes the nail polish. I asked if he makes it there in the back room. She said yes. I asked if there is a bottle to look at. She looked surprised at my question and just said no. Then I asked politely what is different about the light that they use to cure the manicure. It looks just like every other salon I said. She simply said it doesn’t cause any black on the skin and is safe. Whatever that means! ??♀️ I asked her what exactly is different than the other salons. She couldn’t answer. I politely asked when will her boss be in because I am really curious about the products. I was still looking at the colors. She said she doesn’t know and then took the colors from me and got up. She said I can’t get my nails done because I had too many questions. I guess their customers aren’t allowed to ask anything about their products. If they can’t provide any proof of what they use, it makes me think they are lying to customers. I am pretty sure this would be illegal to make false claims. I will be looking into that because it isn’t fair to make people think they offer something organic and safer than all the other nail salons when they probably don’t. Very sketchy! Beware and be informed! Don’t believe their products are safe just because they say so. Show us the ingredients and show us something about the lamps!*****Follow up to your crazy response!1st, I NEVER mentioned one word about getting bone cancer. I said I read getting gel manicures are unsafe so I am looking for a safe option.2nd, I NEVER demanded to see ingredients. I kindly asked what you use and if I could see the bottle. I was very polite the whole time. Your worker who had no clue was afraid of some questions and said I can’t help you.3rd, what the heck are you talking about that I had nails like a rock?!? What does that even mean? I had a regular gel manicure from a great nail salon in Rutherford 2 weeks ago. Also, I have short kept nails. I was just looking for a non toxic alternative.3rd, You do NOT make any sense to compare a food recipe from a restaurant to your SECRET concocted nail polish. A restaurant lets you know what you are eating and its ingredients. Just not how to make it. I don’t want your “nail recipe”. I want to know what the heck is in it that you are saying makes it non toxic. When you go to other nail salons they show you the brand. When you buy make up and skin care items you know what is in it.Lastly, What kind of place does not want to answer simple questions about what they offer, then makes up lies, & then tell the customer go elsewhere! You should be closed down. I will not say anything further because you are nuts! All I can say is to any of your future victims: Please be informed what you use on any body part of yours. A place should not make big claims and hide what they use. Be smart! I found another organic place today in Rutherford. They use reputable nail polishes and show you the bottle with the brand name on it. I was able to ask questions and the ladies were knowledgeable and nice!

I was given a gift card by a family member. I made the appointment with someone who spoke bad English. Finally secured my date and time. I arrived early by five minutes. Walked in the impression was dark and gloomy. I was greeted told I would have to wait ten minutes which was fine. I was taking in the view. The first thing I spotted was the dirty out dated curtain hanging in the front window. Then the sofa I was sitting in was also in need of replacement. They had a bunch of plants in odd planters. The floor could have used a good scrub. I was then walked over to the booth . There the light is brighter. The girl was nice . She brought with her her things and a bowl of rose pedals . The music was tuned to instrumental music. Yet everything from this place screams make over. The process without a drill was nice. My hands looked normal for a simply gel manicure. Yet overall the seating furniture and complete set up screams make over. I didn't feel comfortable nor relaxed as the environment was doom and gloom. Those posters covering the main outside window and dirty curtain needs to go. I want a salon that's clean and relaxing . This place is not. The service is okay nothing to brag about. It's safe to say I won't be returning. This place I don't recommend.

I couldn't even bring myself to visit this salon with the incredibly rude, short, unprofessional interaction with a man/owner that answered the phone. When picking up the phone, he didn't state the name of the place, just said "hello?" Then when asking about the services the salon provided, he stated that I had to come in for myself to see. I mentioned that the website did not provide any descriptions and he said to come in because he doesn't have the time to explain them to me. I asked him if he had any availability for a future date and he said "do you want the spa pedicure or regular pedicure?" I asked him what is different with the services and he states that "one is basic and one is like a spa." I am not local to NJ and wanted to take my mother, based on all the wonderful Yelp reviews, but I would not want to subject her to such callous, rude, poor excuse for customer service.

Great salon! Love that they're organic, vegan & non toxic. Prices are very reasonable. Happy that they're still taking Covid precautions. I got the green sweet & sour pedicure and it was amazing! Already can't wait for my next appointment

I only go here to get my nails done because it's important for me to use natural vegan products. They make the majority of the products themselves. This is vegan salon that has reasonable prices. They also sell gift sets which include their lotions and scrubs. Every other organic spa in the north jersey area changes a lot more. I love the amount of time and effort they put into their manicures and pedicures. They use fresh fruit and rose petals which are great for reducing inflammation and enhancing the experience. They have lots of colors and designs available.

I’m so happy this salon exists! I went in for a gel manicure a week ago and I was able to make an appointment the same day. I love that this is a cruelty free and vegan salon, which is very rare to find. My nails are still in perfect condition and haven’t chipped at all. The price was very reasonable as well. I will definitely be back :)
