Twice now we've had an emergency with our own vehicle, and last minute needed to rent one. Israel Jean at the Lyndhurst location was helpful both times and got us into a car very quickly. Highly recommended.

Called to ask a question about my rental and the employee who answered the phone was insanely rude. The only effort he put forward was trying to make me feel like an idiot for calling on a Saturday. Yes, I know you’re closed but it was an emergency and you answered the phone therefore service was expected. I’m sorry you hate your job so much sir.
However, the guy working the Lyndhurst Grant st. location when I actually picked up the car was very helpful.

Jean is fantastic!
Was a quick in/out experience. Was driving the rental car within 10 minutes of arriving onsite.
10/10 recommend this location.

Needed a last minute rental for the holidays my man Jean hooked it up with a nice cheap affordable rental for a little over a week for really cheap. Amazing customer service from this location definitely would come back here why can’t the other Hertz rental companies have someone as amazing as Jean.

Wow I’m glad I came here to review cause I 100% agree Kenya was so sweet, and knew what she was talking about. She informed me of the best way to move forward and was super patient and kind. Gale in the morning was also kind and responsive. I suggest using Kenya for any services here as she will make sure you figure out a solution!

Kenya is the best. Extremely polite and helpful. I needed a rental for a few days because my flight was cancelled. She even picked me up from my hotel by American Dream mall. The next time I'm on this side of town I'll be sure to rent from this location just because of Kenya.

Kenya is terrific. I was fortunate to find a hertz. Enterpise has lacked in several areas. Long story short, i rented a car with Hertz again. Kenya was terrific. She handled everything with no drama, no wait, no fuss. Very impressed. If i need a rental i go to Kenya and Hertz
