I had the worst and unreasonable service experience with this store. I purchased an assisted device from the store which found to be too long and unsafe to use. I went back to return it. Said they are not going to return it for me because I did not have the original package. When I brought the package, they changed their word and said it was open (sales person said to open it) and used therefore no return. When I told them I didn’t use it, they said I didn’t bring it right away.( the receipt said within 15 days, I went 14th day) and told me to call the original company of the product because they don’t have the time. I called the product company. The representative said to find out the order number then they can return it for me. I called back the Levy’s pharmacy, and they said they purchased from the middle man and they don’t have any information or anything to help me. I am so upset and disappointed with their service. Never had this kind of worst customer service ever. I grew up in the town and reason I went to Levy’s pharmacy is because I wanted to support small business, but they were rude, changing their words and store policy. I can’t trust their service and integrity when they told me they gave me a discounted price and shouted their original price as if they gave me a great discount when I later went back to see the package to find they added $10.00 more then what they priced… worst experience ever. If you are going to buy something from them, Make sure you are going to 100% keep it! No matter what they won’t help you with anything once it leaves the store.

In the 44 years I’ve lived in Bergen County , I’ve dealt with pharmacies big and small ; chain ( CVS / RiteAid ) and “ mom and pop” ….And I can truly say that there is not a better pharmacy in all of Bergen County . The pharmacist Yolanda is just wonderful . My wife got sick yesterday evening ; I called Levys a few minutes before they opened at 9 this morning , and my prescription was ready at 9:03 !!! Incredible customer service ; they really care !!!

I work for a doctor's office and speak with multiple pharmacies on a weekly basis. This is my first time write a review because I had such a great experience with John. He was patient on the phone with me as we tried to see about a coupon savings card for a patient who really needed to be on a medication that had a high deductible. The patient was able to get this medication! I highly recommend this pharmacy, solely based on their customer service over the phone!
