I have had a small storage locker for a few years now. One of the first customers when they opened as Life Storage . Saturday 12/2 I had inquired about a slightly bigger unit and man can I just tell you , this was the smoothest transaction ever! The gentlemen helping me even got meInto a unit right across from my original. Best prices, helpful and friendly staff, clean and secure building. Couldn’t be happier !!

Facility has its pros and cons.Cons: Only has 2 elevators, and one of them has been out of service for months now. Also, bathroom is kind of nasty - doesn't seem like it gets cleaned at all. There's new ownership now but bathroom was always seemed to be attended to under old owners. Might not matter to most but I figured it's worth mentioning.Pros: Rest of location is fantastic as it is a fairly new facility. The covered loading dock is a huge plus! Plenty of moving carts available.

I've had many storage units over the years in multiple states. I can honestly say that by far the managers, Joey & Mila go above and beyond for his customers! Truly a pleasure to do business with! Thank you guys!

I was very happy with my experience here. Joey was so kind and helpful throughout the entire process. The units are spotless and very well cared for. This was also the best priced storage facility I found in this area. Overall, I highly recommend!

I went to this location a week ago. The store manager Mila was super helpful she showed me the units that were available and even suggested what was better for me to rent. She explained the process in detail but most important she was very patient with my million questions. The location is very clean and has reasonable prices. Mila’s customer services was outstanding! I def recommend Life Storage at Lyndhurst.

I was helped by Life Storage Manager Joey and was so surprised by how helpful, friendly, and thorough he was throughout the process. The location is clean and well kept by Joey, I wish all customer representatives were like him. He even walked me to my unit, explained how to get into the building and locker itself. THANK YOU JOEY!

Very happy with Life Storage. The units are well laid out and spotless. The pricing is the best I found within a 1 hour radius of Brooklyn. My movers went back and forth about what size unit I’d need, and Joey was incredibly patient and accommodating of each change.

The employees here are very accommodating. Their service is unmatched compared to all my other storage experiences. Joey showed me my storage during the first day prior to starting all the paperworks. I always reserve online and I typically know what Im renting, yet this gentleman took extra time showing it. Never had that kind of experience in the past. So Ms Mila And Mr Joey, you folks continue the excellent job you both are doing running this business. Thank you.

This is by far the most pristine and will kept life Storage location I have ever seen.I actually thought it just opened even though it's been opened for 2 years!Mila the store manager is fantastic, here to explain how everything works and just a nice lady. You really feel welcomed here.Definitely recommend going thereBonus:they have loading dock, super easy to load/unload your car
