“Hey folks—Here’s a shout out to Roma and Adi at the best AT&T Store in Manhattan (located on the corner of West 13th Street & 6th Avenue). I walked in cold on a Friday afternoon without an appointment with what seemed to me an intractable two-factor authentication code problem—a Catch 22 situation for a dead phone that could not be accessed nor revived—which made it impossible for me to purchase a new phone until this problem could be solved. And solve it together they did in the calmest, most professional, intelligent and even entertaining way. Plus the conversation we had during this process was memorable, enjoyable, and instructive. In short, who knew such a potentially tense situation could turn out to be such a pleasure. Thank you Roma and Adi for saving the day! P.S. My new phone is great but the experience was even better!”
