The guy behind the counter was too busy gossiping with his friend to offer any type of help. Product selection was impressive for the size of the store. Prices reflected the percentage mark-up you would think there would be in a smaller store.

One of the employees there was not only rude but very difficult to communicate with due to his arrogance. The employee did not want to listen to what I was saying and made his own assumptions. The other employee was very polite, nevertheless I wasted my time going there. I ended up purchasing my battery from AutoZone which was a few minutes drive from Napa Auto Parts.

I remember working here when I was younger. I'll never forget the day. I took the wrong truck out for deliveries when i came back Bob in a nice calm voice said "walk to my office" when I walked back there he screamed at me "who the fxck told you to take that truck? Called me all types of names, I felt so low and helpless because deep down I know I didn't deserve it. I never went back because he gave me vibes that in his past life he was a slave owner. From that day moving forward I told myself, never trust a goofy man with glasses. Chuck was a fair dude but Bob is what you would called a bad person with a drip of klans man. Bob if you ever read this I would walk in there and slap you dead in the face but I think god gave you your punishment long long long time ago

They complain I returned a part that was not in need. Now they lost a client, I did spend lots of money this them. Not anymore. A $23 part over a client that spend thousands a year. Nice move NAPA Lyndhurst

Napa is a good company quality parts ..but are independently owned ..this particular location has a manager.. Bob.. Or part owner. Or whatever his title is that is verbally abusive to staff in front of both customers and staff .and has had many people leave because of it. .no training to new staff. Has no business interacting with employees..Customers have commented on his behavior..Napa as a respectable company should look at this issue..But Chuck the main counterman keeps this place going .. how he survived all these years I don't know ....

I met Pat and he got me my cabin filter. Pat was friendly and he and I chatted a little bit about the automotive industry and a few nearby places. I told him that I'd probably go back there to shop for some tools soon, and I honestly will.

They have a friendly staff and if they don't have what I need, they will get it for me. They also have a nice supply of hand tools and supplies as well with a parking lot.
