“In the 44 years I’ve lived in Bergen County , I’ve dealt with pharmacies big and small ; chain ( CVS / RiteAid ) and “ mom and pop” ….And I can truly say that there is not a better pharmacy in all of Bergen County . The pharmacist Yolanda is just wonderful . My wife got sick yesterday evening ; I called Levys a few minutes before they opened at 9 this morning , and my prescription was ready at 9:03 !!! Incredible customer service ; they really care !!!”

“I want to give special recognition to Reggie, the pharmacist, and Alisha, the pharmacy tech, at Stop & Shop. They are consistently professional, kind, and go above and beyond to take care of their patients. Their customer service is outstanding, and they truly make a stressful process much easier with their patience and knowledge.

That said, it’s very disappointing that the pharmacy itself is so often understocked. This is not fair to patients who rely on timely medication, and it also puts unnecessary strain on staff like Reggie and Alisha, who have to deal with the understandable frustration from customers even though the shortage is completely out of their control. The staff does their absolute best under the circumstances, but the company needs to ensure they are better supplied. Patients’ health and staff morale depend on it.”

“I go to this Walgreens because it's near me. I needed pain prescriptions filled and when I presented the paper prescription, the pharmacist Andre said he couldn't find it. I forgot that at the hospital, I sent it to the wrong Walgreens. I told Andre the location of the other Walgreens and he found the prescription in their database. He told me to wait 10-15 minutes and in no time the prescription was filled. I came back a week late looking for an over the counter item and he saw me on line waiting, asked what I needed, came from behind the counter, went directly to the item in the aisle, gave it to me, genuinely asked how I was feeling, greeted another customer by name as he did me and went back to work. My 5 star review says it all and I'll keep dealing with people who greet me by name, go out of their way to be helpful and genuinely relate to customers.”
