I want to give special recognition to Reggie, the pharmacist, and Alisha, the pharmacy tech, at Stop & Shop. They are consistently professional, kind, and go above and beyond to take care of their patients. Their customer service is outstanding, and they truly make a stressful process much easier with their patience and knowledge.
That said, it’s very disappointing that the pharmacy itself is so often understocked. This is not fair to patients who rely on timely medication, and it also puts unnecessary strain on staff like Reggie and Alisha, who have to deal with the understandable frustration from customers even though the shortage is completely out of their control. The staff does their absolute best under the circumstances, but the company needs to ensure they are better supplied. Patients’ health and staff morale depend on it.

Don't go here. Staff is very unfriendly and the don't care about the customers. This place has definitely changed. Many people I know complain that they run out of products fast. I've never had a issue with any pharmacy in my 25 years of going places. I miss the old staff.

I come from another town 15 minutes driving for several years and I have always had good care, I have aCVS in the corner of my house, I don't understand why they complain so much, I come here to pick up my medicine and follow my doctor's instructions, I don't come to the pharmacy to make friends, please grow up and don't be TOXIC and negative

I would like to start off by giving a big complaint about the Stop & Shop in Lyndhurst. My mother is an older woman went there today and was mistreated and talked to very disrespectfully by a manager there. I don’t appreciate them, making my mom upset and cry to the point that she couldn’t even drive her car, and she had to sit in the parking lot. I will be filing a formal complaint corporate. Nobody should be talked to like the way they talk to my mom today, especially her being an older woman. I work two jobs and one of my job is working in retail store and I would never ever speak to a customer the way they spoke to my mother today. Shame on the manager and the other associate!!!

the worst pharmacy, I have ever been to. not only do they have someone working there with no certification, the pharmacist Jessica and the Tech Brianna are very nasty, and make fun of us customers, and seem like they don't want to do any hard work for us. I was so beyond words, for this horrible behavior, I switched pharmacies. Not good.

This pharmacy is horrible, worst customer service ever, certain workers in the pharmacy are not nice at all, and to think they allow someone in the pharmacy to work without a diploma and is not even a certified pharmacy technician, you all should be ashamed of yourselves, no wonder why this location is losing customers hand over fist.

Where is Sara? Since she's gone I can't get decent service at this Pharmacy. The 2 new women are rude and not very helpful. They wanted to charge me $483 for a RX I've been getting for $7 for the last 10 years. Never checked for the cheaper brands or anything just told me no this is the price take it or leave it. I think it's time to find another pharmacy. I don't know why you have to replace the good people. A pharmacist knows just about a person as their MD does. They shouldn't be replaced willy Billy.

The location of this Stop & Shop is convenient for me. I also find the staff friendly and helpful. The store is well kept and clean. I almost always find what I need. I recommend it for folks in the Rutherford, Lyndhurst area.

For years we didn’t know this store existed. Very good meat & seafood dept, good organic selection, store brand is good quality and the people are nice.

I recommend THIS Stop and Shop particularly because the employees are so nice and helpful. this store has a variety of things that other Stop and Shops do not have. I use the online ordering and curbside pickup quite often and couldn't be happier with the service and with employees involved with putting my order together and those bringing it out to my car.
