This studio really knows how to make you feel comfortable. My private yoga session with Teresa was incredibly useful and helped to increase my confidence. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.

Great classes Monday & Wednesday! Shannon class was awesome the intermediate level and Teresa’s class Wednesday the beginner awesome her Sunday class just as great . Whatever level you are at these classes are perfect for any yogi ??
