self pay was collected in advance before mri was taken, 2 weeks later i receive bill like they didnt collect it, now i have to call their billing dept to tell them they wrongly billed me it was already paid at the visit im on the phone waiting for 30 min while i write this review still waiting on hold.

I went her on 10/10/23 and The staff couldn't be any better. Haddie was my tech and she was amazing..

When ' they call and iterate that they are unable to fill your prescription and cannot help you. And you ask can you please call whom the prescription came from and they get upset and tell you if they've been bending backwards for you !Office management and front desk personnel really can use a class on compassion,
