Customer service at the jewelry department is horrible. The older lady that worked there is really rude and didn’t acknowledge me when I came in. I asked to see studs and she told me she couldn’t show me because she could only show 2 pieces at once but she never even tried it I help me. Very disappointed as I always shop at this tjmaxx. They need to hire better friendly employees that actually want to provide good customer service.
