A box was on my porch i sent it out 3 weeks ago have receipt my return label was ripednoff just my name on it lost 70 dollars only hadv30 days to return it did it get lost in the back room it was a large box I sent a small box back to a company the company received the box with nothing in the box the state needs to investigate this post office

Worst customer service ever, and this was just speaking to someone on the phone. I can't imagine facing this lady's rudeness and belligerence in person. I called to politely ask a question about a package so I have no idea why she reacted so inappropriately. Literally the meanest person I've ever spoken to at any establishment. I can't believe she works with the public.

The worst management! There has been no manager available to talk to for 14 days. Employees keep making excuses and covering for the managers. Absolutely ridiculous. This location has officially earned my first bad review ever!

The lyndhurst post office on valley brook, very organized post office the workers or post office personnel sounds better lol are amazing really nice warm friendly always ready to answer any question you have I've been using this post office since I moved to
Lyndhurst in 2003. Me and my wife are super happy with our post office in lyndhurst it's best service, thank you, and Merry Christmas, everyone at the lyndhurst post office. God Bless every one and their families as well.

Most of the time it’s a new mail person per day sometimes same ones come. Mail gets stuck for a different address here or somewhere else. Not to mention they love to throw boxes it’s the highlight of their day. If it says it’s fragile they throw it or drop it. It’s a joke. Had a nasty person inside before and they told my in laws something different. Broke one of my items which pissed me off. It would’ve gotten a 0 star if I could.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would...got a nasty attitude yesterday from the woman at the front desk who tried to sell me expensive Black History Month stamps even though I had stamps already, and overcharged me to mail a letter. Unprofessional, lacking of supplies, and overall horrible. Will go to any other town next time. Ridiculous.

They don't do their pickups even when they are requested online and make excuses. I get confirmations that the pickup has been completed when no one has come in.The office manager hasn't done anything to help. This has been an ongoing issue for months.

Counter clerk is terrible and rude. They charge for everything. I swear she making up things to charge me for. This “service” is why I avoid USPS.
