They don't do their pickups even when they are requested online and make excuses. I get confirmations that the pickup has been completed when no one has come in.The office manager hasn't done anything to help. This has been an ongoing issue for months.

I have always had great customer service inside the Lyndhurst Post Office. Since I was raised in Lyndhurst, the friendliness has never been lost!Please ADD whether or not you have an APC to your services. Thanks

Counter clerk is terrible and rude. They charge for everything. I swear she making up things to charge me for. This “service” is why I avoid USPS.

Much improved but still very rude people working at the desk. Plus, they cost more than other POs to ship certain things and I have the evidence to support; could be because their scales aren't set to 0. Perhaps Weights and Measures should pay them a visit.

Lyndhurst Post Office is one very superlative facility. The staff here is always friendly and accommodating, and the services that they provide are top notch and professional. They always exude a personable demeanor, and are always informative as far as methodology in how to mail your parcel.

Im here leaving a review for the amazing mail man that goes by the name of ozzy who serves me and my neighbors our mail ! I have to say no matter the weather rain , shine, sleet, or snow our mailman ozzy always has a smile on his face ! Even after the brutal long hours he works or after walking up and down the street all day, there isnt a day i see him and he doesn’t have a smile on his face ! We need more hard working americans like him ! Keep up the good work!

I am constantly losing mail and packages. Packages in envelopes. Once in a while someone delivers them. If they are honest. Almost twice a month I receive other people's mail. What the heck is going on. Costing me money. Get a grip.

I'm new in Lyndhurst nj let me you how carrier worst person left my package someone else and now my package is lost .... I have ask for manger and never pick up the phone have waiting good while the employee have attitude ? like not there package they don't care because end of the day they get paid ... disrespectful. But it was there package they would spazz off ... ? now telling me give anyone who sign live in the building like first of all never heard just thing... all the other post office I know gotta match person ID if they gotta sign ... they all have freaking attitude ? this post office service its horrible ....

Once again my mail person has scanned in a package as delivered when it has not been delivered. This is a pattern with this person. The delivery typically shows up a day or two later. I have spoken to the Lyndhurst Post Office about this issue several times. They clearly do not care. Horrible service and incompetent, dishonest employees are tolerated with zero accountability.
