Excellent workers but please put lobby hours here on google. It only stated the Drive- Up hours which is not the same as their lobby hours.

Out of all the Valley Bank branches that I have done business with, this one stands out as the biggest disappointment on my list. While the personnel are friendly enough, there is always something happening here that causes me to depart in frustration. Among things that have happened to me here: An almost always out of service ATM; Foul ups with my ATM card; Confusion about certain accounts I hold (found nowhere else); and worst of all: THE ABSOLUTE AND TOTAL ILLOGIC OF THEM DEMANDING I SHOW ID WHEN WITHDRAWING FROM A CERTAIN ACCOUNT, WHEN MY PICTURE ID IS ALREADY ON THEIR SYSTEM, AND THIS NEVER HAPPENS AT ANY OTHER BRANCH I PATRONIZE. It's now to a point where the only time I go there, even though I live just a ten minutes walk away, is to make a deposit, and that's that. Sad.

Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru, just to get to the window. Put my deposit through the capsule and literally 5 whole minutes went by and crickets..nothing . i hit the call teller button and the lady acted like she was surprised to see me. There were 3 or 4 cars behind me. Seemed like they were too busy laughing and socializing with each other and we customers were annoying them.NO urgency at all. THIS NEEDS IMMEDIATE IMPROVEMENT!

Worst customer service ever!! The people at the desk have terrible attitude and business sense!!Tried to deposit check and clear part was not able even though I had my id available and mortgage through them! Not not customer friendly!Every customer on line had a problem!!

Wouldn't make change for me when I asked. How do you expect to get customers without customer service. I highly reccomend the location on Ridge road no problems ever and always willing to help me.

Are they insolvent? I went in there to cash a check (written out to cash) from the local soccer club for me to pay the referees at my kid's soccer games. They wouldn't honor the check. The three tellers said I needed to have an account there. It was THEIR check (same bank & same branch), complete with all the security features. It even has my name written in the memo field. Aholes.
