“This was the branch that I opened my first account with Valley and people like Adrain is why I have stayed for so long. I have move and not gone to that branch for a few years now, but that doesn't stop Adrain from giving exemplary costumer service. He call me just the other day to inform me that there was a problem with my account that he noticed. Not only was I surprised to about the problem, I was equally surprised to hear from Adrain. Within minutes the problem was fixed and my mortgage was paid on time. I cant tell you how grateful I am for his competency and attention to detail. I have not experienced his equal in any other branch. thx Adrain.”

“This Chase Branch is filled with a number of great people looking to help you and meet your needs. Jason is one of my favorite people to work with. No matter what your bank account looks like, he creates a genuine relationship with his clients, and if needed, "fights" for you without judgement. He breaks down things that are easy to understand, is professional, and relatable. This is definitely one of the better branches in the area; so, I recommend coming here for all your needs. Ultimately, the "con" for Chase Bank is their over-the-phone customer service and malfunctions in the app. Customer service (phone) was ultimately why I decided to take my business elsewhere after over a decade of banking with Chase.”

“After coming in to open an account and meeting the ladies working in the branch, I would never bank at another bank again. They made me feel so welcomed and explained everyone so thoroughly, I left with more knowledge than I came in with. Some things did need approval for their back office and being as though I went on a Saturday they work with a skeleton crew and I would have to wait until Monday. I was so glad I did! Unity has a customer for life! I’ve even brought some of my family members over to open accounts too! Thanks Sputh Plainfield!”

“I've been going to this bank for almost a year now, the staff are the best. Especially Karin and Mike. But their "manager" Nancy seems to be useless. She is either sitting in her office or she'll come out when there is a line, but don't be deceived.. it's not to help with the line it's to question why people aren't there helping customers, only to then receed back into her office. I've literally never seen her help a customer, let alone regard her staff in a kind manner, and I've been in there probably over 30 times. She's one of those "management people" who don't seem to contribute and just cause stress for the staff. The only reason I'm giving 5 stars is because the staff are otherwise stellar in all aspects. Nancy is just awful.”

“I am not a fan of banks. Too much bad service over the years. They aggressively pitch multiple services when you open your first account and the. they don't care about your business until it's too late. That said, I just had a fantastic experience at the branc on Main Street in Madison, NJ, and specifically with Debra Prezioso-Lefler. Many thanks for making what could have been an exceptionally stressful afternoon a breeze!!! I will also say that Wells Fargo does have consistently excellent customer service in the phone.”
