Working with Renee and her team made this project a pleasure. We worked together to design a closet to fit my needs. After a few minor tweaks, I settled on a design and the price point was excellent. On the scheduled day and time the installers came to make my closet a reality. Diego was the head of the team with his helper, Oscar. They were respectful of me and my home using tarps to protect all my floors and carpets. They were true craftsman who took pride in their work and my closet shows that. This project was easy and went smoothly from start to finish. I highly recommend Closets to Adore.

For the most part, I am happy with the work – You and your team was considerate / skilled / pleasant to work with. In some cases, you / they even supplied some guidance on how to improve the design.
Some feedback, I would like to share for your awareness / future management:
1. Keep extra parts in your van. Comments such as “we don’t keep additional stock” or “we don’t have this part / that part” should be avoided.
2. The finishing work needs more attention. On at least two occasions, I was told “the wall is crooked” or “we can't caulk that” or “you have to pay extra for me to add a trim to cover the space”, etc. No customer wants to hear this. We want a polished product for the money we are paying.
3. Work with the designer before you come onto the job to understand the asks. Telling me Roberta shouldn't have agreed to this or that (i.e. laundry room paneling) doesn't help me.
4. The crew rushed to complete the day by 3 PM. Not sure why leaving at 3 PM was / is part of normal cadence. I have contractors start at 7 AM and work through 6 PM on other jobs.

Diego qnd team installed my 4 custom closets in one day. The job looks great, the areas are all clean and functional. He explained how to adjust things if needed and I could not be more happy.
