I've been looking for an affordable and effective lash lift the last few months since I've moved to the area, and Lure Lash did not disappoint. I have very stubborn, straight lashes that usually take more time. Michelle did such a great job lifting my lashes and took the time to make sure my lashes had enough time to curl. The space is clean and relaxing. Looking forward to coming back for all my lash lifts in the future!

Honestly, I really wanted to love this place. I absolutely loved how my lashes came out when I initially got them done for my birthday. But the next day I woke up and my right eye was missing all of the lashes and my left eye had many bald spots. Thankfully they honored the 24 rule and redid my lashes for no charge. However, the day after I woke up again and had a majority of the lashes missing. It has been 4 days and I have absolutely no lashes left. It's kind of ridiculous considering I paid a good amount to have my lashes last longer than 4 days. Also I was really disappointed that the lash tech was blaming the way I sleep as to why all my lashes were missing. I've gotten my lashes done many times before and have never had this issue. It was very disappointing because I had to spend my birthday with the majority of the lashes gone. I would save my money and support a small business who cares about lash retention because this is pretty ridiculous.

Had a lash lift and tint and it was incredible. Salon was clean safety protocol were top notch. It was my first time with the lash lift and my technician was awesome she explained what she was doing step by step told me what to do and what not to do to have the most successful lift. Highly recommend this establishment

I recently had a lash lift and tint with Esti and was very pleased with the experience. The appointment was on time, the customer service was very pleasant. The lift took about an hour and was not uncomfortable at all. I went to the Madison location and parking was easy. I will return for this service again.

When I call to make the appointment the girl told me I would be able to have the option between captivating and sultry and when I got there the girl that worked on me said she couldn't do the sultry extensions because she had to leave at seven. She was very unfriendly and cold and ended up putting ridiculously long lashes on me to the point where I looked like an idiot. She only asked my the length i wanted AFTER she taped my eyes. Then she said if I wasn't happy I could come back the next day Which I wasn't going to do because I told her that I was flying out of state the next day. I was freezing the whole time and she never offered me a blanket which I realized were there the whole time after it was done. When I mentioned about the blanket not being offered she rolled her eyes and gave her coworker a "look" Never going back again and wasting that much money on ugly extensions. Next time i am going back to Amazing Lash instead.

Paid $80 last week for a 2 week 2D sultry fill. The technician (Daniella) only took 45 min to fill them in even tho the time slot itself was for an hour and 45 minutes. They looked rather sparse when I first saw them but I didn't say anything since it's hard to tell right after they finish. I should have realized it when the appointment seemed to breeze by when they normally take much much longer. A week later and I'm exactly back where I started when I first walked in. My eyelashes are sparse and I feel like I wasted $80. I follow exactly the same routine as I have been and I keep seeing the extensions falling off as if she didn't glue them properly at all (no natural eyelash attached). My bathroom and bed are littered with them, it's almost comical... except I'm not laughing. Emailed the studio and no response yet. Here's a pic of the ones that fell off just now to prompt me to write this review.

I went in for the lash perm/lift two weeks ago and was completed disappointed. After following the instructions correctly, not wetting my lashes for 24 hours -- they were clumped together when they should’ve been separated. The stylist was unprofessional; when I asked her what the different sizes were, she listed them out, but when I asked for more information - what is the difference between them - she had no explanation and simply went on to repeat the options. As a first-timer, I really wanted to understand what my options were, but the customer service was not there. Now two weeks later, my lashes are flat (they were supposed to last 6 weeks). This was a very upsetting experience.

Definitely did not leave happy about my lashes... I asked for dramatic volume lashes and I got the complete opposite, it looks like I didn't even get lash extensions, they have gaps and the length is the smallest length. I've paid cheaper for way better lashes. I will never visit lure lash again it is a complete disappointment!!!

ive been for lash extensions and a lash lift and loved both! the extensions were great and the person who applied them (don't remember her name :/) was great! the lash lift was also amazing, it lasted me so long even with my very stubborn lashes. the growing out period for lift was kind of annoying because some of my lashes were permed and some weren't so it looked weird. But great experience overall! will recommend to everybody!

I went here for a lash lift and tint and I came out with a decent but not amazing lift on my left eye and barely any lift in my right eye. I contacted them in a few different ways to ask for a refund because it looks horrible if I don't do them, which defeats the whole purpose of me getting them done. No one will get back to me though. I totally understand that sometimes mistakes are made however, to completely ignore customers who don't receive what they pay for makes me never want to go back here again.

I have gone to a lot of different lash studios and have had a lot of different lash technicians and Amanda at Lure Lash Madison is by far the best! She is a true professional and is extremely experienced in her field. Amanda cares about your natural lashes and always makes sure that the extensions you are choosing will protect them.
