I can’t say enough good things about Madison Honda’s Service department and my experiences there over many years. But my latest visit deserves a special comment because they handled a specific issue that came up in the most customer friendly way possible and made it right. Frank the service manager is top notch!

My experience was very good, the advisor was courteous and when the mechanic found an error made by a different dealer at a previous service appointment; Madison Honda waved the diagnostic fees they were within their rights to collect and advised me to return to the original dealer to have them correct their error.

Will never go back to your service department. Told me my wife’s car needed a lot of work, got a second opinion from an independent shop and it was all false. SCAM!
