My husband and I had a great experience working with Izzy! He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. Buying a car can be stressful especially when it wasn't planned at that time, but he made it easy and comfortable from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a positive and trustworthy car-buying experience!

Not the best experience dealing with Madison Honda over the last 1.5 years.
Bought a car in September 2024 with countless charges added and they not really offering the price provided on the website. They add a ton of additions to that. The lady who works in finance definitely comes across and rude and not very helpful.
Getting my plates was also a task because it went past the temp plates expiry.
Eventually when I came back to sell the car, I was lowballed to a ridiculous level. Carmax offered 36,000 for the car, Carvana was at 34,000 and Madison Honda’s price was 28,000.

Pricey annual maintenance for a basic car, but excellent customer service by Harsh Patel and Madison Honda. Good communication, fast service, and on-demand loaner. Absent a loaner car, would like a pick-up and drop-off service within 10 miles.

We leased our third vehicle from Madison Honda and the experience was as great as the first two times. Our sales person was Nick Norton and he was patient and informative while listening to what we wanted and never pressuring us or trying to sway us in one direction or the other. We also dealt with Louis Felipe, the sales director who also was patient and did everything he could to get us the vehicle we wanted at the price we could afford. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. The sales team at this dealership cannot be surpassed.

So, December 1st right before the holidays i was in a terrible accident that really set me off course. I came to Honda Madison unsure if they could have a car with great safety features for a reasonable cost. Izzy Douban was my dealer he allowed me to test drive a 2017 Honda C-RV burgundy. The car checked all my boxes, Izzy with great confidence, tone, and humorous salesmanship sold me. A very personable man who gave me a deal that I know would last me a lifetime. Honda Madison is very lucky to have a Izzy Douban at sales on their showroom floor.
