“I called 3 stores from this chain to purchase my son’s suit. The only store that was able to help me was this one. My son way traveling in 4 days and Jay went out of his way called the warehouse checked on the size and located his measurements from a previous rental. He even used his personal phone to send me pictures of the shoes and we chose socks together over the phone. And he grantee the date of delivery from the warehouse to the store and he even predicted that they might not have the tie and he rented one for me. Jay went above and beyond. He also hemmed the pants according to my son’s measurements without my son needing to be there. He truly made me happy and my son got his suit before his travel date. Thank you Jay you truly made this very easy for me. I will be back to return the rental tie and pick up the purchased one ☝️. When I went to pick it up from the store Jay had everything ready for pickup and Alex was the one that went over all the pieces with me . He also showed me other suits that got me interested in future purchases specifically from this store. They have competitive prices and they actually go out of their way to make sure you’re satisfied. Thank you and happy holidays”

I know I only had a simple tuxedo rental for my groomsmen and myself for my wedding, but it was a matter of 2 visits and a handful of emails to get everything taken care of. My best man even needed a last-minute alteration and Vincenzo took care of that while we had a cup of coffee. Smooth and professional. I could not have asked for an easier process.”

“Was in watching area and went to this old navy to buy some formal/semi formal dress for my son: nice location. Right on rt 22.. lots of other stores in this location. Target , home goods etc .
We liked the shirts .. but not many colors or options . They just had a white and blue shirt . No other colors ! Pant quality was good though. Service was ok .. billing was quick. 4 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️”
“Fitting room???Love the wide selection of products and the quality. There were a lot of clearance items, but signage was very confusing. Mall is under construction, so it was not clear that Bob's was actually there. Cashier was fine and the associate on floor directed us to fitting room. The fitting room is very sketchy. Did not feel comfortable trying on items. Hopefully, this is fixed soon.”
