This morning, I went to log on to work and realized I could not find my charger to charge my dead laptop. I ran to PC Problems, there was no line, and they provided me with the correct charger (I had no idea what cord it was). They also tested it for me. I frantically left my house at 9:30 and I was able to log on to my 10 am meeting. They saved the day!!!

I went in to get my laptop fans fixed. Pickup up the PC a few days later and fans were still dysfunctional.
Emailed PC Problems about the issue to get it resolved...no response.
I waited around ~3 weeks and emailed them again...no response.
Poor communication + Lack of Fixing issue makes me believe they are a low value business.

Recently walked into PC Problems to ask about a home Eero network issue that I was expecting would require time and potentially substantial cost to address. Maurice listened to my lengthy description of the setup and specific issues, and suggested a 0 cost fix to try before scheduling a visit to diagnose the problem. The suggestion worked perfectly and no issues since. Will be going to PC Problems for all computer and network related issues from now on. Thanks Maurice!

Just called to ask questions about the store, opportunity to help, intern, or even a suggestion about where to place focus as I’m studying for computers and a woman rushed me off the phone, leaving me with unanswered questions and a gesture of “good luck” to send me on my way.My luck will definitely be good compared to what luck I had on this phone call.I haven’t been in the shop, but this one star is for the customer service. The sale begins before walking in the store and I hope the owner of this business is sensitive to that. Staffed with the person I spoke to, I can’t trust anybody behind the doors of PC Problems.

This is a long overdue review. Maurice came and cleaned up two of my computers and had them working like new. One was an older Mac, and one an ancient Dell. He was amazing and all his tips were so helpful. He is helping to save the environment by fixing instead of selling. Very rare service model nowadays. We love PC problems and would highly recommend then to anyone.

Trying to support a local business, but was charged $100 in labor to replace a laptop battery! Ridiculous labor charge was not explained upfront, front desk person was terse and snippy, and they have unhelpful business hours (9-5 pm Mon-Fri). I was told that arriving at 4:45 pm would cause them to "stay late" - isn't 4:45 pm BEFORE 5 pm? I love my town, and shop at many local businesses - I will never go to PC Problems again!

I have been a client of PC Problems for about a year. I can't thank them enough for how responsive they are any time that we call . This past Saturday our system was down due to a power failure and Carmen was able to get us up and running in less than half a hour. This company outshines all my previous IT support firms. You can't get better than PC Problems to solve yours.

Carmen and his team have done a tremendous job for me. They improved my home connectivity by switching me to the eero mesh network. They recommended, secured and set up my new laptop. They have now even, very quickly, diagnosed and fixed a small glitch in the laptop. PC Problems handles the A to Z of computing! My one stop shop for all things computing! We have taken 2 PC's to PC Problems. Each time Maurice identified the problem within a day, suggested that we contact the manufacturer since it was covered under warranty, and never charged us anything. Honesty, integrity and incredible service. If I could I would give them 10-stars.
