The energy is always high, the encouragement is always there, and the music is always fun. They make every class worth it!

Max Challenge is great. The instructors make sure you work every body part and have fun while doing so. They are motivating and play great music. I lost 15 pounds during the challenge and have kept it off for 3 years. Highly recommend.
