“These guys at hk in Parsippany are amazing. Will and Ray always get my truck back to me in a day or two when my truck is in for service. When I need a rental for any reason Alexandrea is always prompt and on top of her game cliff the sales rep is amazing my owner just bought a new hino 20ft box truck and cliff made the buying process so smooth. They are a reputable dealership and wouldn’t do business with anyone else hk is the place to go if you want your fleet trucks worked on not only does the service dept do a great job but they also look over the entire truck when it comes in for anything else.”
“We rented a one way 10 foot u haul truck from Mount Vernon, NY and dropped it off in this location. The front desk took our key and that was it. We received a receipt for the transaction. Very easy and seamless process. We didn’t have to park it just give the key to the front desk. The neighborhood is sketchy. Watch out for scammers.”
“I have rented UHauls several times in the past 10 years. Today, in Garwood was the most pleasant experience I've ever had. Mike (I think his name) was really really pleasant. It's a little unexpected these days. He was knowlegeable and efficient and it couldn't have gone smoother. Hang on to this guy!!”

Easy to rent, truck was clean, staff was helpful, and Andrea went above and beyond by warming up two different sized trucks before we got there (it had just snowed the night before) as we weren't sure which size we'd be renting. Wouldn't hesitate to rent from this location again in the future.”

“Great front desk, no queue and quick to get the keys and get on the road (thanks you Jamal). Easy return system assisted by Rondo who was super helpful. Two small gripes: the rental agreement was a list of about 13 items and made it very difficult to ascertain how much I was paying. Also having paid at the desk for the EZ pass I still got an invoice two weeks later for some unpaid tolls. Overall though easy and quick which is ideal when you’re coming off an international flight.”
“I normally don’t do these reviews, but this one is not once, but twice deserved. I’m in NJ working and got a car from Philadelphia airport and needed to extend due to job extensions and now I’m in north jersey and just driving in isn’t a convenience. Corporate budget couldn’t help, other locations hung up, and getting a person on the phone a the Philadelphia airport was impossible.
On a limb and ready to give up, I called this location that had nothing to do with my original booking. Not even a corporate spot.
I’m so happy I did. I was surprised by the first ring pickup and no automation… an actually person, and an amazingly nice and personable one. She helped me and made it painless and I swear I was done in a couple minutes vs the hold time everywhere else. Incredible. I wish I remembered her name.
Fast forward a week later… I need another extension. I call corporate, the airport, etc. no help. Then I remembered the beacon of hope last time. Sure enough, I called and got the same amazing woman that helped me last time. I remembered her, but didn’t expect her to remember me… then she pulled up my name and did. Amazing. She is a self proclaimed “older person” that still holds customer service at a high regard. I travel for work and reach a lot of these hotels and rental agencies, but this one will stick with me forever. She even invited me in for coffee and doughnuts even though I didn’t rent from them.
They can provide a level of service these big corporate locations can’t. I can’t recommended them enough, and will forever use them in the future in this area. I look forward to thanking face to face, but for now I hope this review (a serious rarity for me) will suffice. Your locations yet again restored my faith in customer service and maybe even humans in general haha!

“Saraceno Disposal has been picking up garbage and cardboard from my restaurant for 2 years ! The drivers have not always been great . The new Indian driver they hired is great he is always on time and never breaks the wheels off the dumpsters like the old driver did .”

“Even though construction was going on, the crew made sure to get someone in at the time of my appointment, and were able to very kindly accommodate my rental at a great rate. They made sure the car was well maintained and had a fresh oil change. The owners were both very pleasant and helpful. “This location is a Budget/Avis rental location. They do truck, van and car rentals. Staff here are helpful and knowledgeable. Most rentals these days are done online so usually you’re just coming in to pick up the vehicle and sign some paperwork. Make sure to check double check hours of operation online to ensure this location is open. We’ve rented multiple vehicles from this location and never had any issues, well except for their electric class vehicle (Volvo polestar) is really just not up to par as other electric models such as Tesla or Ford models even. Worth a trip but save time at the counter by booking online first!!!”
“I recently caught some road debris on my back, right tire. After 11 hours on the side of the road and many calls later for assistance, Eagle Auto Truck service, Whippany, NJ, were the only one who answered the call and completed the pick up/drop off service.
They were fast, efficient, and professional! The other non-pos review….at least this team knew the direction I was headed on I-84W. I digress.

“The trucks are the same for these rental companies, old but functional. You get working air conditioning but not much else. ? The vans look to be much newer. I would highly recommend getting any uhaul equipment when a facility is open. If you do rent when a place is closed think about using the web page instead of the App.The App doesn't work great, had to call customer service (hold for 25 minutes) who directed/ recommended I switch to the web page. Even then it takes a long time to go through the initial rental and then drop off process. You have to take pictures of your ID, have them call a contact to confirm you can rent, take pictures of the truck, etc. very cumbersome especially given the poor quality of the app. I had even called this location ahead of time to confirm easy way to pick up a truck and was basically told "use app" and hung up on. It would have been nice to get recommendation on using the web site if the app failed, etc. ahead of time.”

“Avis North Plainfield provided great service from start to finish. Jason was great! My family and I need a 12-15 passenger van for our family vacation to Myrtle Beach and Jason really helped us out. He was professional, courteous, friendly and even helped my aunt and I save on the best deal. The vehicle was also very clean and ready to go upon picking it up. I had no issues returning the van once we got back, everything was fine. I would definitely go back to see Jason over at Avis if I have any future rental needs! My overall experience was pleasant and seamless!”
