This UPS Store and UPS beat out its two major competitors (USPS, FedEx) in care, cost, and customer service. I use its service a handful of times per year. I’ve always found this Store’s staff extremely helpful and responsive, providing tips on safer packaging and delivery options. My latest visit was yesterday, and the package I sent arrived at its destination on time and in perfect shape.

save yourself the headache and just go to another location. Staff is rude, short, and unhelpful. I was asking for help and they literally ignored me. The worst of the two is the older man.

The old man is rude and disrespectful. Holding true to cultural values with his lack of regard toward customers that are women. He watched me struggle and pack up a large item then refused to take the item in an effort to force me to purchase a box, packing take and various other shipping items. I will never do business here. It's Confusing to me that they would Engage with their customers this way when they're providing a service, yet doing it so poorly.

This UPS Store has the worst customer service of any I have ever visited. The office staff are impatient, judgmental, and unhelpful. The person accepting my Amazon return yesterday asked judgmentally, “how long did you use this before returning it to Amazon?” (For the record, one item was unopened and the other was defective and Amazon requested that I return it as such).
2 stars because I suppose they could be worse by being actively hostile instead of just extremely passive aggressive and unpleasant.

I had a great experience at UPS. The staff was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and making sure my package was sent out without any issues. They were friendly and efficient, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.
I also appreciated the quick service and the fact that they took the time to ensure everything was packaged securely. If you’re looking for reliable shipping with excellent customer support, I highly recommend UPS!

The worst UPS store in the country. I went there on 2/10/25' to drop off an Amazon Return. As of 2/18/25', when I type in the tracking # on UPS' website, it indicates UPS still does not have possession of the package. When I try to submit a claim online for a lost package, the UPS site continuously times out. This store location lost my package, which directly impacts my ability to get a refund from Amazon. I tried calling the store twice but the employees (who barely speak english), will not look into the issue or accept responsibility.
I hope they get reported to the better business bureau and I hope the employees are Deported. Unacceptable customer service.

Im in front of it right now as we speak.
Omg how rude and is the guy that works here. It is 9.53am I walk in there all cheery, Good morning and nothing. Just an abrupt and rude response. The. He threw the receipt on the counter. Like if you don’t want to work here then quit but there is no need to be so rude!!!!

One star for this location is too much. The older man that was there when I went today was not helpful at all, rude and has no sense of what customer service is. Not sure why he is working at the store but definitely this is bad for business. I’ll make sure to do everything in my power to never return here ever again. Makes sense with all of the poor reviews this place has. I’m surprised it has that many stars.
