I’ve always had a positive experience with USPS. The staff is friendly and helpful, always providing clear information about shipping options and tracking. I’ve never had an issue with lost packages, and the delivery times are usually spot on.

I can't imagine the Madison post office getting any good reviews. Having mail forwarded during the winter is impossible, they tell you the only way you're gonna see your mai is to pay them a weekly fee and even then the mail comes some weeks and not others. lt is an endless series of broken promises and mail that never gets delivered.

i had no experience with the post office before and when i went the workers were super friendly and very easy to talk to and i can happily send my package without any problems

Had the pleasure of meeting Chris there, who helped me with my packages. Keep in mind, I had 7 different medium size packages all going to different locals throughout the USA.Chris was patient, helpful, and very courteous.
