This is NOT a post office. It’s an annex for the Post Office to sort packages. There is no place for postal customers to do anything. There’s not even a mailbox!

Any package over 5 lbs doesn't seem to get delivered. They always leave "Delivery attempted" reasons but don't even bother. Then they insist I have to go to the annex to pick up the package.

The package didn’t have a apt number in it, so the delivery person left the package somewhere instead of taking it back to the post office, now my package is lost. Called Mrs Robin from this office and she said “sorry”.

Post office gets a bad rap sometimes. But anytime I've dealt with either the Annex or the main PO on Lincoln Place service is outstanding. Kudos to the Madison NJ post office team.

Do not come here to actually mail anything. They do not sell stamps or enable you to ship anything.
