After the wonderful Ridgedale office closed, and not being thrilled with the new location, thought Id try the Madison branch. Not a fan. I tried to get an important matter resolved and have not heard back. I tried to call in, but they do not pickup. I would give them a 1-star except for one employee at the counter that so goes out of her way for you and that is appreciated. Wells Fargo is a hot mess. There is another bank that has reopened branches in our area and I have cautiosly been moving banking services to them. So far so good. Wells Fargo branches just dont do anything anymore. My bank card never arrived, they cant help. My checkbook reorder never arrived, they can't help. And the one thing they were supposed to help with they never got back to me on.

We are new here to this bank. There is a manager here who is a white woman wearing glasses. Her attitude is so bad that it seriously affects my heart. I didn't even recognize her. The two times I went in, she always looked sideways at others. At least we didn't offend her. I don't know why she always looks at me with such mocking eyes. What kind of person and what qualities?

This branch has been amazing. Literally the best service I've ever had and as the administrator for my father's estate I've required a lot of assistance. The team is always so helpful and has made a difficult process much easier. I honestly didn't expect this from a large institution Wells Fargo, but the service feels like a friendly small town bank where they go above and beyond to help.

I had a very unpleasant experience asking an exchange for a roll of quarters so I could do my child’s laundry. I asked for quarters, the woman teller either thought I was homeless or she was having a bad day. She said we don’t have quarters and proceeded to tell me to wait and see if the other teller had quarters. I smiled and said I would wait. I waited with my child for 20 minutes and I felt disgusted. I’ve been a member of Wells Fargo for 26 years and have been living in Madison for 12 years. Seriously?!

I recently worked with Silvio and Sashka on a safety deposit box. They were accommodating, professional and friendly. They made it as easy as possible for me to get what i needed done. It was a pleasure.

This branch has gone above and beyond for me on multiple occasions, which had a direct and positive impact in our litigation against a fraudulent accountant. They pulled records from accounts that had been closed for years and thought of things I would. Or have. Cannot recommend them highly enough, and especially Debra.

I've been banking at Wells Fargo in Madison since we moved here in 2004 and have had nothing but friendly and helpful service. In the drive through, they'd even send me treats for my copilot dog. We had our mortgage here, along with our checking and savings account, and my kids' accounts. For the life of my, I'd have to think it someone had a bad experience here, it's likely on them.

I came in expecting to have a problem closing an account and transferring the funds to a different account because I could not find all of the account information. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, taken to an office, introduced to Kelly, and within 5 minutes after she confirmed my ID, she had located all of my information in their system and took care of everything. They could not have been nicer or more professional. I would happily recommend this branch to anyone.
