It was ok , I wasn't home when my package was delivered & it was with a signature required, but I p/u on site & it was found with any inconvenience.

No knowledge of their products. Very poor customer service. I had to experience the rudeness of the personnel treating me like I was a second class citizen. This on-site FedEx location is definitely not a good place to business with.
