Walgreens in Magnolia might be the worst pharmacy ever there is not one time I haven’t gone there that their system lost my insurance card or they lost my prescriptions or they don’t know what’s going on it’s ridiculous. I’m going there for over a year and I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but every time I go, it’s the same story and I just feel like they’re so incompetent there to that I’m changing Walgreens or I might even go to CVS because at this point I don’t have no confidence in Walgreens at all

This review is for the pharmacy only. The pharmacy is terrible - long waits on hold or in line and frequently out of medications. I feel badly for the workers, they are swamped.

This 5 star review is specifically for the pharmacy and for Holly.
Holly took the time to go through each of my 12 prescriptions to correct an error on my applied insurance. She was patient, up front and worked to help me solve the issue - saving me the expense.

IF THIS IS YOUR PHARMACY SWITCH!! First I went to pick up my meds which I was already upset because I had the flu and bad vertigo and forced myself to drive there to pick up the meds. The lady in the drive through then gave me no option but to come inside and pick up my meds when they were done. Then I said to myself after getting done my daughters DR appointment, since I get the texts I'll just wait about 25-30 mins after they receive the order to go get it. Low and behold they hadn't checked the orders because they then had me go wait in the parking lot for yet another 20-25 mins. I know they recieved the order because i got the alert. Then lady wants to lie and say oh i just got it. No because it's been over an hour since I was at the Dr's office. I understand that jobs are busy but repetitive problems and neglect to your jobs and customers is unacceptable. Just because you feel fine and dandy doesn't mean the person your serving is. Just because they may look fine and dandy to YOU does not mean they are. After I receive my daughters meds I will be going to a different pharmacy from now on.

This store is terrible!!!!! I only came here because we had recently moved and they were the closest pharmacy. They had ALL my medicine messed up. I call to fill my meds and they just fill ALL meds anyway😡 Even the ones I no longer take! They had my doses messed up on some of my meds. One was supposed to be 20 mg, they filled it for 100 mg! They had one on file from another doctor whom I never heard of and one from another pharmacy. How is that so? Prior to moving to Walgreens I was at the same pharmacy for 15 years! Well Walgreens managed to mess that all up in a matter of 3 months! I would never recommend this pharmacy to anyone!

The Glendora location was closed down and now it's like pulling teeth to get any prescription due to the influx of customers. Currently in line for the drive through pharmacy which hasn't moved for almost 20 minutes. This isn't the employees fault but definitely the corporation's. This is officially my last trip to Walgreens; will be switching pharmacies after this.

A little pricey. Digital coupons are a bit annoying but worth it. Staff is friendly.
