The absolute worst store in the tri state area. The people who work there are rude, the place is filthy, no use of the bathrooms, and the coffee is ALWAYS stale. The list is endless. There are so many other quick stops that far supercede this one, however it is convenient for all the town homes and businesses in the area. The owner is never there! I was literally just told to hurry up at 6:50 pm because the employee had to close. This was told to me so disrespectfully. The 7-11 on Franklin Turnpike in Mahwah is what this store should be looking at for a clue on how to run a business.

The dirtiest 7-Eleven I ever visited. Coffee machine were filfy. The microwave was also filfy and did not work. This place needs a visit from the town health inspector!!

Every person who works there is rude and unfriendly. You can buy lottery tickets there but when you try to cash in a whole $50 winning they blatantly LIE that the machine isn’t working. Will be reporting them to the NJ Lottery Commission. Not the first person posting about this so it’s obviously an ongoing scam.

I agree with the other Reviewers...this 7-11 is horrendous. It's convenient for all the Townhouses & Condo's on the Mahwah Ridgeline up from Rt 17 and the High School but it is the complete opposite of the 7-11 on Franklin Turnpike down the street from the Ford Dealership. The staff there is supernice, prices more in line with current rate of inflation. Staff at this 7-11 is arrogant and non-helpful, prices are sky-high...and they don't care. The Quick Chek is the place to go...wonderful staff and reasonable prices. If you use their App you get free & reduced priced products as well as $5.00 off for every $50 in cumulative sales!!!

Wow. I get that working at a convenience store must be a boring tedious job, and I don't expect great or even good service. But let me tell you, the people who work and I suspect are related to ownership are the biggest bunch of arrogant, don't give a flip about their customers, group of people I've ever encountered. Ok so yes, everything in this 7/11 is over priced way above what over priced convenience store food should cost. Two 12oz Red Bulls, over $8. You get three of the sabe at quicheck for $8. AND the best part is, you don't have to deal being made to feel that being in the QuickChek is an inconvenience to the dude behind the counter like at 7/11. They (and yes I mean all of them) are so focused on their phones and whatever else their wacking off to, they can't be bothered with you. This isn't a one time thing. I work two doors down and every time I go to this dirty store, it's the same thing. Plus it smells funny. Well today was the last straw. Not because it was a big deal, but because it just changed turned to me what I already new. These guys are jerks. Every one of them. I bought smokes, asked for a book of matches and by then the guy had gone back to sitting down behind the register, I asked if he had matches. He replied "No". Without looking away from his phone or getting off his smelly ass. The funny thing is, he started to rise up for a split second, but then say back down. So I looked and there was a full box of matches sitting right behind the counter. Well ya know what? F all of those rude, entitled jerks. I don't care if I'm in desperate need of something they sell. I've walked through those smelly doors for the last time. I truly hope they go out of business because they deserve to. These rip off artists don't deserve to own a customer service oriented business. T

Overall, it's a nice store. However, almost everytime I've gone there, they never have hot items prepared.

This place is the worst ever. Full of excuses at this place. Always an excuse for the lotto machine that don’t work because of rain, no paper, and to top it all off they now refuse to cash in tickets which is a violation of being a retailer for the lottery commission. The people are rude, never want to do anything they are lazy. I live next door and will never ever go to this place again they are horrible and worthless. I hope you go out of business but unfortunately Amazon drivers keep you operating.

I drive for a living & have been to MANY 7-Elevens over the years. This one is the absolute worst I've ever seen. Empty shelves, dirty counters, filthy rest room, rude, unhelpful clerk who smells so bad, the whole store reeks. I won't be going back - ever!

I handed a gift card that I had recently received to the worker. He then swiped it and told me there was no money on it. I then handed him another gift card I recently received and he again said there was no money on it. However when I got home I checked the balances and both gift cards had the balance that I knew was on them.
