Other shops scared me by warning me that the other driver's insurance company would be a nightmare to work with. Columbus expressed confidence that everything would be fine, and it was. They've been in business for generations and I can see why. They know their stuff and are very helpful and professional. Gave me a ride to the train station when I dropped off my vehicle.
