On 9Dec20 at 602 AM my main email account was hacked and hacker requested cash cards for a non existent niece from thousands of my contacts! Thereafter I received no more emails on my email account. I contacted Ian B at Delaney. He re-assured me he could solve the problem. His actions were highly professional, he spoke clear English and was easy to deal with. In about 30+ minutes he re-set my PW, regained control of my email account, re-set the email settings and verified all was good. I would use Delaney and esp. Ian B in a heart beat. Tom P

Delaney is a great IT company, fast and reliable and were able to help up with our Office 365 implementation and ongoing support for our company. They have also been able to help us out with work from home during the Pandemic. We highly recommend.

I have had the need to contact Delaney a handful of times for assistance. Sometimes warranted and sometimes it is a case of operator (me) error. Every time my stress level is high and patience is low, admittedly.Regardless of the issue and the resolution the team has always been patient, professional, and detailed oriented. I never get off the phone until they are sure I am 100% back up and running and fully confident that all is in working order and I understand the process and future solutions. Their staff has always been friendly and supportive of my lack skill. Today's call with John W was all of the above. I am regretful I never had taken the time to type up a review - not for their lack of deserving it. Can't rate them high enough. Always end the call feeling like I have received the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you!

I was having persistent problems with my company’s phone system so I contacted Delaney Computer Service. They came in to evaluate my system. They clearly explained the issues at hand and replaced the faulty equipment. And while servicing my phones, they reviewed my billing with my phone company and internet provider and we’re able to save me close to $250/month!Since my first experience with Delaney they have consistently given me immediate assistance with any questions or issues my company has found.

Very unprofessional. Richard Delaney discussed with me on April 14 that they would be happy to help set up email as a new client and would follow up. I emailed to remind him to follow up. A week later, with no follow-up, I called and the assistant said they decided not to take on new clients. When I explained that it is unprofessional to have not informed me that they changed their mind, she said I shouldn't have "waited for a pandemic to do an implementation." As if I planned to do this during a pandemic. In other words, they are not only forgetful/unorganized but willing to make obviously ignorant statements.
