About Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Mahwah provides very good, awesome, and great service. The team, including employees at this branch, is friendly, helpful, accommodating, and professional. They are a class act, taking care of customers efficiently. The process is smooth, easy, and convenient, getting customers into a great car and on the road quickly. The team is extremely accommodating, even staying late to help. Returning the car goes flawlessly, and they willingly offer rides. Customers enjoy clean, sanitized vehicles and a low-touch rental process. A significant issue noted is with tolls. When customers use their own E-ZPass, the company may still charge a fee, causing customers to pay twice, which is found to be unacceptable and difficult to correct. Despite this, many report a great experience with this branch, satisfied with the team and the cars for both personal and business travel needs.
