The florist delivered a beautiful arrangement to my family but the flowers were not the color i expected. The were willing to replace the arrangement. Unfortunately, my family was not available to do the exchange. They then offered others options. Ive ordered from them for years and they never disappoint on quality and design execution. “There was miscommunication on flowers that i ordered for the passing of my best friend’s mother. The flowers were supposed to be delivered on Monday before 2pm. It was Columbus Day. When i arrived at funeral home and saw that the arrangement was not there i called and left a message. I WAS TOTALLY FLOORED TO THE POINT I STARTING SHEDDING TEARS. Not only did they make an arrangement with the colors I requested.... Blue and white... Her favorite color, and the color of the ocean....
