Denise is focused on you as an individual, your goals and tailors the experience to just what you need for your goals and for each individual session. She is knowledgeable, friendly and motivating- highly recommend! I also recently started attending classes and have been welcome by the community from day 1. The classes are well structured and leave you feeling accomplished. I feel stronger already. Excited to continue my fitness journey with Denise and Aero Health and the Fitness fam.”

“I stopped In today and met some of the staff, they were friendly and welcoming to say the least. The gym just blew me away. I have never seen a gym that great In all of my years and I've seen quite a few over the years. I have been to gyms all over the world and have never seen anything like I witnessed today. Things have been pretty busy for me lately. I actually haven't been able to workout for the past 4 months but when I get ready I'll be going to Powerhouse gym In Mawah, N.J. “I enjoy going to this place you can always get a machine to work on. It’s never very crowded a little difficult to get into some of the classes. You have to use an app but besides that I do enjoy places close to my home.”
