“Walked in and greeted by a woman who works there. She was extremely helpful and guided me in the right direction. They have a nice system and everything is via a card they have. You load up cash into the card and off you go. Wash took like 30-40 mins and was pretty affordable!”

“I've been using Gracie Cleaners for years for routine dry cleaning and the service has always been great. Recently, I bought a vintage fur that needed some repairs (the addition of new hooks and a lining repair) as well as a cleaning. I picked the fur up today and I couldn't believe my eyes - it looked brand new!”

“This is a great place to do a lot of laundry at once. The staff is very helpful. The machines are kept clean and the prices are reasonable. It can be busy on the weekends but the people who use this establishment are friendly and do not crowd space. With a lot of machines you can easily get a lot done and once. I have not had the other expierences others have had. I fill the machines all the way up. The machines work fine and the prices they have on detergent seem reasonable for purchasing on the spot. There is no ATM but there is a coin machine.”

“I really hate to leave a bad review, but my favorite wool/cashmere coat was destroyed here with the dry cleaning. I’m so upset I want to cry. Not only does the material across the whole coat now look pilled, but more obviously there’s these patches missing from the fabric. My coat was in very good condition before I brought it in.
Edit: I did some more research online and found that others who own this coat have experienced similar with bringing it to get dry cleaned. So, I think it may be a fabric quality issue rather than any problem with the dry cleaners itself (or moths). I contacted the company who makes the coat, and they are fixing the problem.
I do want to say that this was my first time dry cleaning here. But I have had clothing tailored here before and they’ve done a wonderful job. They’ve even gone above and beyond and have helped me in a pinch”
