Went for a gel manicure French and to fix a broken nail. The lady who was doing it rushed a lot at the end and even got cuticle oil on my shirt because of how much she splashed it. The broken nail that was repaired with gelx was completely broken off by the end of the day and the gel has chipped not even a week later. 70 dollar gel manicure with 30 dollar quality. The top coat was applied in consistently and the nails themselves are lumpy

My pedicure was fabulous! My manicure was awesome as well. It was not rushed and felt pampered. 5 hours later. My skin still feels smooth and hydrated.

What a super place to have your nails done!! The nail art that Joanne does is so beautiful!! I always get so very many compliments!! I can also get a massage while having my nails done!! and just love the green tea spa pedicure!! The staff is always very warm and welcoming!!

This place is amazing. I'm always hesitant on trying new places but I always heard good things about this place. First off this place is so clean and the owners (Joanne and James) are so sweet. I called in (5/16/246) at 5 pm to see if they had an availability. They squeezed me in at 6 and I left at 7:30. Joanne, who did my nails, made it amazingly. She wanted the nails to be perfect. She believes it's not her best work but I am in love with them. It's a little pricey but it's worth it. Between the nails, the care, the environment, and everything. It was perfect. I recommend everyone coming here

I’d recommend mahwah nails to anyone! The staff is always friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere is calm and quiet, and everything is very clean and neat unlike some other nail salons. Joanne and James do beautiful manicures and Clara gives a great pedicure. I’ve never had a single chip or crack in my nails since coming here and my nails always come out great.

Me and my friend Rosa went to get her acrylics removed and one of the nail techs ripped the acrylic off without even soaking or consulting with my friends Rosa and now 2 of her real finger nails are bleeding due to her actual nail being ripped. Don’t go to this place it is horrible ! And that nail tech deserves to be fired. Horrible experience both me and my friend had!!!!

Horrible experience. The nail tech used a metal drill bit on my natural nails, resulting in significant damage. I paid and walked out mid-manicure. Normal (soft) gel should be properly soaked off, and I was wrong to believe that the “professional” knew what they were doing when they pulled out the drill.

I have been coming to Mahwah Nails for years. James and Joanne took over ownership and they have done an amazing job. The salon is always spotless, clean, and inviting. James had done my nails for years and then when I switched to gelx Joanne has been doing them. Joanna never fails to make my nails look amazing, she by far is the best for designs. From changing shapes and designs I always leave happy. Pedicures here are great and always last me a long time. Their prices are more than affordable and the quality is fantastic. I recommend always having an appointment as it can get pretty busy some days.

Very clean, organized place. Polite and pleasant atmosphere. I've attached my nails done by Joanne; I'm very happy with the results. I was only taken aback by the price of the uv gel set ($120), which had been cheaper at my old salon, but other than that, this is my new favorite nail salon.

I have been going to this salon for several years. James and Joanne took ownership a few years ago and they are wonderful. Salon is spotless and they are extremely compliant with all aspects of providing a healthy environment. Regarding Manicures and Pedicures....simply the best !

I came in today wanting to take off my acrylic nail set that was done by someone at a different salon. It was a challenge trying to get these nails off but Jenny put in the work! She tried her best to get my nails looking healthy afterwards. They also gave a Christmas gift at checkout which I thought was so personable and great customer service. The people that work here are lovely! I will be back:)
